The staff is very friendly

I went for my consultation on Wednesday to the prairieville location. I was very satisfied on the professionalism shown to me by staff. Although I live in Baker, La I work closer to the prairieville location which is why I chose them. I was informed for my future visits I’d can go to other location but I’d rather continue to go to prairieville regardless.
You chose them you won’t be disappointed, I wasn’t.

All the staff are cheerful and engaging. The doctor took time to get to know my 7 year old son and explain the treatment needs well. The office is clean and professional with a unique kids area in the waiting room. They treated my wife when she was a child, so I guess that makes us second generation patients. Let’s geaux! 🙌🏻

All of the staff and doctors at Sherman & Balhoff are fantastic. They spend time getting to know their patients and do fantastic orthodontic work! We have been pleased for all of our girls to use them. My husband even had his orthodontic work done here many years ago!

The entire staff is so caring at Sherman & Balhoff. Three of our children have been in treatment there. Their smiles are amazing from their treatment with Dr. Balhoff.

At our most recent visit, I received an important medical call regarding one of my children. The phone conversation made me a little teary-eyed, but Cassie was so kind after I got off the phone. She sincerely wished us luck with our medical issue, and I could see her earnest compassion.

My daughter passed out and knocked her front tooth out. The day after we were able to get an appointment here and they were absolutely AMAZING!! I was in tears When we left because they took such good care of us after a traumatic event the night before. 10000/10 recommend!!!

Our youngest got her braces this morning and we had a wonderful experience at Sherman & Balhoff Orthodontics. Alexis and Dr. Sherman were incredibly attentive, patient, and kind. They explained every step clearly, which really helped. She felt comfortable and well cared for the entire visit. She was actually here back in 2018 with her older brother and now she’s a patient in the chair herself. Alexis also gave us a care bag and took the time to show us how to use everything, which we really appreciated. We truly appreciate the professionalism and great communication from the whole team. Highly recommend!

Arianna deserves the highest praise. My daughter has extremely sensitive teeth, and during an emergency visit to repair her permanent retainer, Arianna was truly exceptional. She took her time, moved very slowly, and used thoughtful techniques to help reduce my daughter’s pain and discomfort throughout the entire process. She was constantly checking in, adjusting as needed, and never once made us feel rushed. Her patience, gentleness, and genuine compassion turned what could have been a very stressful experience into a calm and reassuring one. Arianna’s level of care and attention went far beyond what is expected.

Dr. Balhoff is an outstanding orthodontist with an unmatched bedside manner. He is warm, attentive, and extremely intentional about explaining every detail, which builds immediate trust and confidence. His office environment is comfortable and welcoming, and both my daughter and I always feel heard, respected, and well cared for.

This entire practice is exceptional. From the doctors to the assistants, everyone works seamlessly as a team and consistently demonstrates professionalism, kindness, and a true commitment to patient care. We are incredibly grateful for the experience we’ve had here and cannot recommend this office highly enough.

I have had braces done by Dr. Sherman and it was the best experience ever. Dr. Sherman and his staff are very knowledgeable and friendly. You will NOT be disappointed in your results if you choose to have your braces done here. Several of my friends have gone here based on my referral and have also been pleased with their outcome. Now with several locations it makes making appointment a lot easier to fit around a busy family schedule. They have the friendliest office staff, especially Ashley Mannino. She is so friendly and is always wearing a smile!

Sherman & Balhoff have a great practice and an exceptional team working for them!! I had the pleasure of working with Poppy to start orthodontic treatment for my son and myself. Poppy is extremely knowledgeable, professional and friendly and made the entire process so enjoyable. I was greeted by Sydney at my first appointment who went above and beyond to make sure I felt like family. I started my treatment the same day as my consultation appointment and can’t wait to see the final results! 😁

I was a bit nervous to get adult braces, and the team helped by making me feel very comfortable. Customer service and professionalism has been exceptional. Looking forward to the rest of my journey.
